"Several members of North Somerset fibromyalgia support group (Portishead) have recently begun a course of exercise classes once a week with Kate. The exercises that Kate is teaching us are specifically aimed at helping us to help ourselves as there is no cure for fibromyalgia and the NHS basically don't know what to do with us all! Kate is so patient and knowledgable about her subject and we are so grateful to have found her through one of our group members (Kirsten!).  We feel confidence in Kate understanding our invisible illness, which is wonderful! Can we clone Kate please?!"  Julia, Fibromyalgia client
